Shipping and Tariff Update Shipping Update: Due to the uncertainties of shipping containers from overseas and the many unknown variables regar ding a variety of concerns (container shortages, vessel space availability, driver shortages, container premium spot rates, and port congestion), pricing can change prior to bulletin orders shipping for 2022. Pricing for the 2022 Patio & Décor assortments ha s been built utilizing an average ocean freight to factor in current assumptions of what we believe will occur with shipments of these goods. We will communicate any such action on ACENET prior to shipping bulletin orders, if necessary. We encourage utilizing the earliest ship dates available for 2022 in order to secure goods and minimize additional pricing impact that may occur in the early spring season due to these shipping uncertainties. Tariff Update: Pricing reflects the following tariffs: • List 1 – 25% • List 2 – 25% • List 3 – 25% • List 4A – 7.5% List 4B is currently suspended and is not reflected in the pricing. Many prior exclusions from these tariffs have expired and there are currently no plans to extend.
